Este curso ofrece una mirada más cercana a los Evangelios y las similitudes y diferencias entre los cuatro autores, seguido de los escritos de los Santos. Pablo, Santiago, Judas y Pedro como fundamento de la Iglesia primitiva y formación y desarrollo de las primeras comunidades de creyentes.

Student Learning Objectives:

The student will understand more closely the writings and testimonies of the disciples of Jesus and the early Church fathers. The class will study the Acts of the Apostles and the letters of the first disciples to the new faith communities as critical questions are answered. From our first pope St. Peter and guidance of Christ’s followers, these dialogs set the precedence of how even today the Church formulates teachings guided by the Holy Spirit and the learnings of theologians.
